Shipping charges
Based upon the number of individual video tapes you order. Videos (USA) are shipped ground unless air is requested at extra charges. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $7. Orders are usually filled within 48 hours of receipt of a valid order with payment, or official signed school purchase orders.
 

Terms of Sale
All orders are accepted as per our standard terms of sale listed on the order form from our current catalog. All sales are final as per acceptance of any order by the company and completion through shipment with receipt at the specified address. Sharper Video offers no free previews nor can returns be made for any other reason (without a preview charge) than defective product. In the case of any defective product a return authorizataion number must be issued by Sharper Video. Returns are allowed with a preview charge of $10 per individual tape or program, if made within 7 days of receipt of product, and received at the company within 14 days of original shipping date on the company original invoice.
